I built Inova Local alongside my own cleaning company from 2017: the first virtual staffing agency dedicated to home services, run for eight years from Japan and sold to private equity in 2025. It was an industry first, and it made the remote local model viable for everyone. This cohort is that model, taught as a path for people building a remotely operated service business from nothing.
No agency yet, or an existing cleaning or home-service company that could use an agency beside it. Both are fine; the path is the same, the first client is different.
A VA agency is remote by nature: your team is remote, your clients are remote, and so, if you like, are you. I ran mine from a desk in Japan.
The product is a person doing good work for another person. Hiring, training and looking after them is the job. If that sounds like a chore, it will be.
A few focused hours a week alongside whatever you do now, and patience for the first client, which takes longer than the second.
Built in practice, not in theory. None of the four needed me in the building.
“We’ve scaled our business well into 7 figures utilizing his team. Couldn’t do it without them.”
Inova served companies across North America, including national franchises and Inc. 5000 operators, before it was acquired in 2025.
Four questions, read personally. If it looks like a fit, you get the details and a short call. No payment before either.
Received. You will hear from me within the week, and if it looks like a fit, the details and a short call follow.
