The Local Business MBA
An innovative blueprint for building and automating local businesses. We have helped more than 100 students and nearly 1,000 entrepreneurs successfully launch their own local businesses all around the world – so far, in more than a dozen countries.
Students work through 4 dedicated stages throughout the programme:
Start – you’ll be guided in the first stage from zero to a fully launched local business with teams and customers.
Scale – next, we’ll walk you through scaling past important growth points, such as $10,000/mo and $50,000/mo in revenue so you don’t stay stuck in the same place.
Systemize – in the third stage we’ll help you implement a comprehensive system for each area of your business so that you’re running an efficient machine.
Delegate – finally, once you’ve grown and systemized your business you will start building out an office team who can manage the daily admin work for you.
Optional: Go Remote – I’ll show you exactly how to turn your local business into a fully remote operation that you can run from across the world, just like I do.
